Medical Alert Round Smartwatch for Seniors

I got this device for my Mom and its great for her. It comes with options to wear it as a necklace or to have it on a keychain. Its really easy to use and we got it tested and it connects you to an operator within seconds! Customer service is nice and helpful when you call to activate and that only takes a couple minutes too. Both of my parents are satisfied with their devices.

I'm going to start with my negative, which is that there is a $40 monthly subscription fee. When you look at the product page, the initial section that talks about the product makes no reference to it. Even when you get the product, there is a sticker that says call phone# before opening box. That was when I was informed of the monthly fee. I went back to the product page to determine if that information is missing, cause I was planning to give a 1 star rating for a deceitful product page, but I found the blurb in small print right above the review section. As of today, a few days after my initial review of the product page, I can no longer find the blurb that talks about the monthly fee. Since I was "informed" I don't feel right with knocking them down more stars than the 1 which I feel is deserved for trying to hide cost information. It could be seen as elder abuse in the hopes of getting a senior citizen on the phone and trying to get a hard push. Because of this, I can't recommend it. If they were more open about the fee and made it clear before purchase, then that would tell me they stand behind the quality of the product and not by the push of the sales team.I got this for my parents as both parents have various mobility issues, and I thought this was a great way to give them an extra sense of security. I explained to them about the monthly fee, which my mother said that since both of them are alive, it did not make sense to pay for something when there they are practically inseparable. She said that if she was alone, the $40 would be worth it just to give her a sense of security. So my mother loves the concept, and thinks the price is fair, but I'm not happy with how the company is marketing the product and not disclosing subscription fees.

I love the service and the product

Received it on a Saturday and set it up. Very easy to do so. Then Sunday afternoon I fell and needed it. The operator was very kind, asking me a few questions before calling for help. I feel very safe with this around my neck.

Device works great and better pricing then the competitors. Great knowing if my mom falls or needs help she can easily call for help even without her phone nearby. Gonna get the watch soon as well.
